In LET’S HEAR IT FOR THE BOY, Emi Miyoshi & SHIBUI Kollektiv open a space for male vulnerability. At its center stands the Adam’s apple – the ‘Kehl-Buddha’ – as a poetic symbol of both masculinity and fragility. Between breath and voice, tension and expression, boy and man, the piece explores the fragile moment where vulnerability becomes visible and audible.
