For the choreographer Emi Miyoshi, collaboration with installation and audiovisual artists has opened up new possibilities and forms of fusion of dance and art.

That is what led her to found the SHIBUI collective.

The collective has made it its leitmotif to expand the possibilities of expression and imagination through cross-genre cooperation over the years - always based on dance as the starting medium, as the "leading form" of expression.

 

For each project, dancers and guest artists from different genres are invited and a collaboration with dance is sought in order to perform a joint work.
